Cheaper surprises

Why fly a suborbital test before an orbital mission?
A suborbital flight is a lower-cost way to put hardware through launch loads, vacuum, and the thermal environment, and to get real data back — evidence that reduces the risk, and the surprises, on a much more expensive orbital attempt.
What can a commercial team fly with MKII Aerospace?
The Goddard payload interface is being designed to accommodate sensors, avionics, propulsion test articles, CubeSats, and materials experiments. If it fits the envelope and mass allocation, it is a candidate.
Can flight data support fundraising or customer conversations?
Yes. Flight data and a documented mission record are concrete evidence for investors, partners, and customers that a technology works outside the lab. MKII provides the data product and the mission documentation to go with it.
Is the vehicle proven?
No — GT-01, the first Goddard test flight, has not yet flown. MKII Aerospace presents the system as capability and design intent and updates its claims as flight testing produces data. Early commercial partners work alongside the program as it matures.
