Evidence, not slides
Program offices advance technology on data. MKII Aerospace is building the Goddard Sounding Rocket System and its mission engineering to produce that data on a schedule a program can plan around, with a documentation package a review board can work from. Funding pathways in view include SBIR/STTR (Phase I/II), AFRL PACER interest, and NASA Flight Opportunities-style suborbital test provision. GT-01 has not yet flown; claims here are design specifications and are updated as flight testing progresses.

A suborbital flight puts a technology in a relevant environment and returns data — the evidence that moves a component from lab demonstration toward flight readiness.
SBIR / STTR
MKII can be the flight performer or the mission-engineering subcontractor on a Phase I or Phase II with a flight-test objective, including AFRL PACER-relevant work and NASA Flight Opportunities-style efforts.
Defense technology testing
Sensors, guidance and navigation components, propulsion test articles, and materials — flown against a documented test plan with a defined data product.
Documentation programs expect
Hazard analyses, range-safety inputs, launch-readiness review material, and a mission record — assembled so a review board can actually review it.

How can a government program use MKII Aerospace?
MKII Aerospace is being built as a suborbital flight-test path for TRL advancement, SBIR/STTR work, and defense technology testing — either as a full launch service or as standalone mission engineering, with the range-safety and readiness documentation a program office expects.
Is MKII set up for SBIR/STTR?
MKII Aerospace is a small U.S. aerospace business (CAGE 15ED4) and can participate in SBIR/STTR efforts as a Phase I/II performer or subcontractor where a flight-test objective is in scope.
What about range safety and documentation?
Safety documentation, launch-readiness review material, and range-safety inputs are part of MKII's Engineering Support Services and are included in a full launch service. The intent is that a program can review a complete evidence package, not a slide.
Has the system demonstrated flight?
Not yet. GT-01, the first Goddard test flight, has not flown. MKII Aerospace presents the system as capability and design intent, and updates its claims as flight testing produces data.
